Thirty high school Envirothon teams are competing today on the grounds of the Roger Tory Peterson Institute of Natural History. Students are demonstrating their competence in the subjects of Aquatic Ecology, Forestry, Soil Science, Wildlife and Environmental Issues by taking a series of practical tests. These teams represent Chautauqua County, New York. The winning team will compete at the state level.
