Make learning for your students come alive! This online seminar for teachers in both formal and informal education settings will introduce you to nature journals as a way to get the most out of the outdoors as a context for learning. You will learn powerful yet easy-to-teach techniques that will improve your students' abilities to make accurate observations and record what they see with notes and sketches. You will discover how these skills pay off in many ways including more productive scientific inquiry and writing.

This is a non-credit course; participants earn a Certificate of Completion of 15 clock hours of instruction upon successful completion of the course.
